Use of Services
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Oakland Commercial Cleaning for the provision of commercial cleaning services. The scope of services, including the frequency and type of cleaning, will be outlined in the service agreement provided at the time of booking.
Payment Terms
All payments for services rendered by OCC are due as per the agreed-upon schedule. Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you have questions about billing or payments, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Service Modifications
OCC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services without prior notice. While we strive to meet your business needs, certain adjustments may be necessary to accommodate operational or legal requirements.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your service agreement with OCC by providing written notice 30 days in advance. If cancellation occurs within this notice period, you are responsible for the full payment of any services rendered or scheduled during that time. OCC reserves the right to terminate services without notice if you violate these terms or fail to meet payment obligations.
A2P Messaging Compliance
By providing your contact information, you consent to receiving SMS and automated communications for appointment reminders, updates, and service notifications. OCC adheres to A2P messaging standards and ensures messages are sent only with your express consent. You may opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.
Liability Disclaimer
Oakland Commercial Cleaning (OCC) provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OCC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Additionally, OCC is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from delays, interruptions, or errors beyond our control. In all cases, OCC's liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for services rendered during the preceding three months.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program Description
Our SMS program provides appointment confirmations, reminders, promotional offers, and updates related to your cleaning services. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages as outlined in your service agreement.
Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, you can opt-in again using the same initial process.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service needs. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for OCC to perform the agreed-upon services. This includes granting access to your premises during scheduled cleaning times and ensuring safe working conditions for our staff.
You must promptly inform us of any changes to your business needs, service requirements, or contact information.
Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, and content provided by OCC, including our website and communications, are the intellectual property of OCC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose other than their intended use without our express written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
OCC may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and significant changes will be communicated to you directly.
